What we collect
Ketamine Tracker collects the information you give it directly: your email address, your name (optional), your time zone, and the health data you log — infusion records, mood scores, PHQ-9 responses, and session notes.
We also collect standard server logs that any web host keeps: IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These are used only to operate the service.
How we protect it
All traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by the database provider (Neon). Your session notes are encrypted a second time by the application itself, using AES-256-GCM, before they reach the database — so even a database dump reveals nothing about what you wrote.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers, insurers, employers, or any third party. The only data that leaves our servers is what you choose to export yourself.
We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:
- Neon — hosted PostgreSQL database
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
- Resend — transactional email (password resets only)
None of these providers receive your health data beyond what is strictly necessary to store and deliver it to you.
Not a medical device
Ketamine Tracker is a personal record-keeping tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and it does not give medical advice. The PHQ-9 is a validated screening instrument and not a substitute for a clinical assessment.
Your rights
You can export all your data at any time from the Settings page. You can delete your account from the Settings page, which permanently and irreversibly removes all your data from our systems. You can email us to request corrections or additional information.
